How long do orders take?

Orders are completely customized to each customer's school, color preference, and sizing and we wouldn't have it any other way! Because of this nature, however, orders take time. During our busy season (January-May) orders take the full 3 weeks to ship. Shipping then takes another 1-5 days (depending where you live). We understand this may be an inconvenience, but are happy to accommodate to deadlines as long as we are aware prior to purchase! Reach out to us with any questions! We appreciate your patience.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Orders ship 3 weeks from the date of purchase. For example, if you purchased on February 7th, you can expect your order to ship on February 28th.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email with tracking info. Computers aren't perfect! If you did not receive tracking info kindly reach out to us.

Return Policy

At Styled By Jules LLC, every piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is tailored to individual specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before submitting, including sizing, color choices, and any personalized details.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters production shortly thereafter. If you need to request a modification or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes cannot be made.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

While all items are final sale, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement.

To ensure the best fit, we provide detailed size charts and guidance. If you have any sizing questions, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order.
